A deliberately short privacy policy
ThriftBrook does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, cookies, account systems or data-collection forms. We do not ask for names, email addresses or financial information. You can read every page without creating a profile. Ordinary hosting infrastructure may briefly process technical request logs to deliver and protect the site.
What this site collects
ThriftBrook itself collects no personal information from readers. There are no newsletter forms, comments, purchases, quizzes, analytics scripts or personalized recommendations. We do not build advertising profiles, sell audience data or attempt to recognize a visitor across sites.
Technical delivery
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider may process basic request information such as an IP address, requested page, timestamp, browser identifier and error status. This processing is used to deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. ThriftBrook does not combine server logs with other sources to identify readers or use them for marketing.
Fonts and external links
Pages request one typeface family from Google Fonts. That request may reveal standard connection information to Google under its own terms. No font request is used by ThriftBrook for analytics. We link sparingly to official budgeting-app homepages. Following an external link takes you to another organization with its own privacy practices; our no-tracking promise does not govern that site.
No financial data
ThriftBrook is a publication, not a money application. Never send us bank credentials, account numbers, transaction exports or identity documents. We do not offer an upload route and do not need personal financial data to publish product testing. Review accounts belong to editors and are not reader accounts.
Changes
If this policy or the site’s technical footprint changes, we will update the date at the top and describe the new practice plainly. We will not quietly add behavioral advertising or analytics while this page claims otherwise. The current site contains no JavaScript analytics and no third-party ad code.
